Hello, I am Selina, and I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, as well as a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.

With over 13 years of experience, I have been privileged to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, who present with a variety of challenges including work related stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relational difficulties. I also have experience at working at a more systemic level, working with managers and staff teams to meet their needs, using reflective group sessions, individual sessions, or workshops at team away days.

​ I currently work part time in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. Here not only do I work with children, young people, and families, I supervise other clinicians, and have management responsibilities.
​
I enjoy diversity in my role as a Psychologist, and engaging with the profession at various levels. I am a visiting lecturer on a Clinical Psychology Doctoral programme, and take great pride in meeting and teaching the future cohorts of Clinical Psychologists.

Registrations and Accreditations
As a Clinical Psychologist, I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) (PYL040368). The HCPC only register clinicians who meet their standards and have completed the required qualification. This registration allows clinicians to practice under the title of 'Psychologist'.
The BPS is the professional body that oversees the work of qualified Psychologists and provides benchmarks for professional standards of psychological knowledge and expertise. I hold Chartership with the BPS (711071). The title of Chartered Psychologist is legally recognised and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise.
I am also fully accredited with British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the UK's leading organization for CBT (091203).
