What I offer
ONE TO ONE THERAPY
An integrative approach is used, meaning evidence based approaches are used to make sense of your experiences, and support you to reach your goals.

This approach can be delivered in person, or remotely via video platforms.
GROUPS /WORKSHOPS
6-8 week therapy groups, and one day workshops are offered. In the past these have included 'Wellbeing in the Workplace' and 'Stress Management' courses, as well as groups focussed on low mood, or anxiety disorders.

The groups and workshops can be tailored to recipients, and have been delivered in both statutory, and corporate settings, in person and online.

SUPERVISION
Being BPS and BABCP
accredited, I offer supervision to mental health professionals. I am able to offer CBT supervision, including the marking of therapy tapes.

This approach can be delivered in person, or remotely via video platforms.
TEACHING
I offer teaching sessions to mental health professionals. My expertise lie in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and I therefore offer sessions from assessment and formulation to teaching disorder specific protocols.

Fees
Individualised Therapy
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and are charged at £120 per session.

In terms of the structure and frequency of sessions, the first session will always be an assessment, helping us understand your goals from therapy. Sessions start off being weekly, and will change to fortnightly when appropriate. Towards the end of therapy, relapse prevention will begin, where we will space sessions out allowing you hit road bumps in life, and overcome them with the tools learnt from sessions.

Please note I am also affiliated with all major insurance agencies including but not limited to AXA, BUPA, and AVIVA.
Supervision
Supervision sessions are 1 hour charged at £120.
The marking of therapy tapes is charged at £150; this includes a feedback sheet.

Teaching, Groups and Workshops
These rates differ dependent upon the amount of work required. I will be able to provide individual quotes if you use the contact from and let me know your requirements.
