Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think Paperback – 1 Oct. 2015 , by Dennis Greenberger (Author), Christine A. Padesky (Author)

This book is a favourite of mine as it teaches the reader how to use cognitive restructuring (thought challenging) to help overcome a variety of feelings.  There are examples throughout the book, and exercises to help you uncover and challenge your thoughts, arriving at a more balanced perspective.

This newest edition includes chapters on setting personal goals and maintaining progress, happiness rating scales, gratitude journals, innovative exercises focused on mindfulness, acceptance, and forgiveness, and more.
